Inside verse

“Before you call”
My child, I have heard
The cry within your heart,
Your desperate plea for help.
And the concerns on your part.

Now hear Me as I speak,
Believe each word I say;
I have given to you the answer,
And have made for you the way.

So let not your heart be filled.
With panic, grief, or fear,
But instead with calm assurance
That your prayers I will hear.

And know while you are speaking,
And before you even call;
I will have tended to every need,
And taken care of it all.

Along the shore of pain
Lay your footprints in the sand
To mark the undue strain
That is currently at hand.

Although strong winds are in full force,
And a storm is passing through,
Comfort is in the arms of God
Who will shield and shelter you.

When the pain is hard to bear,
And the tears harder to hide,
Remember God is always there
At the edge of life’s seaside.

Know that He will hear your cries,
And will carry you from shore
Out to waves where cleansing lies
And true healing is in store.

“True Wealth”
A treasure chest was opened,
And these words were on a chart:
“Precious items become priceless
When a friend gives from the heart!”

For if the chest holds jewels
Such as love and loyalty,
How much value will they have
If kept under lock and key?

Although they would be safe,
What a lonely way to live,
For the value of our treasure
Multiplies each time we give.

The links of true devotion
Are more precious than fine gold,
For gold chains become too heavy
When entwined around the soul.

Although precious jewels increase
In real value day by day,
Our true wealth is mainly measured
By what we give away.

Trail of Blessings
On life’s road, you will see
Milestones set in place
To serve as a reminder
Of God’s love, goodness, and grace.

On your path, you will have
Footprints along the way
Marking great blessings one by one,
Tracking God’s love for you each day.

On your journey, you will learn
That God will keep you safe
It matters not the twists and turns
When you walk by faith.

On this day, you will find
A birthday wish in store,
Asking God to bless you now
And forevermore.

Be not afraid to fly.
You are in God’s loving hands.
All things are in His control
To go according to His plans.

God loves you wholeheartedly
And wants you to have the best.
So may your mind now be at peace,
And your fears now be at rest.

The Captain of your life knows how
To navigate you through
The twists, the turns, the storms, the waves,
And whatever else assails you.

Relax and let God have His way.
Take every thought and file it.
Be still, you’re in God’s loving arms,
And your life’s on autopilot.

Light The Candles
It is time to celebrate!
I am here to take the lead.
This day has been identified
As a special one indeed.

Gifts of love are nicely wrapped
And set aside for you,
With messages of warm regards
To last the whole year through.

As you celebrate your day,
Let others join the cheer,
Take a moment to reflect,
Then fight a candle for each year.

Feel the soft and warming glow
From blessings sent before,
Then close your eyes and make a wish
And know that God has many more!

Life’s High Tides
Trials and burdens sometimes come
Like crashing waves against the shore
Retreating only to return
And cover us once more.

Deeply submerged, we fight our way
But are tossed by the surging tide.
Just then God’s hand lifts us up
Until trials and burdens subside.

Being drenched and overwhelmed,
It is hard to find our landing,
And when life’s tests come crashing in,
We are barely left standing.

However, we are not alone
Because God closely abides
And calms our soul when we are hit
With the force of life’s high tides.

“God‘s Exhortation”
Don’t ever give up!
That‘s not what, you to do,
For I‘ve already a way,.
And the victory belongs to you.

I know it seems you’ve tried
Time and time again,
Yet the race is not to the swift,
But to the one who just stays in.

Defeat can‘t overcome you
Fear can‘t keep you bound,
Failure can‘t suppress you
Nothing can keep you down.

There’s no need for you to quit,
For I am on your side,
With Me, all things are possible,
In Me, all needs supplied.

So arise and prepare this day
To go forward in My might.
The victory is yours to have,
The battle is Mine to fight!

In God’s magnificent gardens
Are flowers of every kind,
Brightly colored and sweet-smelling,
The most beautiful you can find.

Each seed is designed by God
To fulfill a special duty.
Blooming within its season,
Displaying love and beauty.

Sweet flowers are neatly planted
And with the careful sodding,
An oasis is created
In God’s magnificent garden.

I do not have to stroll too far
To see God‘s tender care.
For His garden grows in my heart,
And your friendship blossoms there.

“En Route To You”
I sent this message days ago,
Directly from my heart
So it would surely get to you
Although we are apart.

I wanted to deliver it
But could not get away,
And so I thought the next best thing
Was to send my love today.

I hope this greeting does the job
And lets you know how much I care.
Then you will see, despite the miles
That still I made it there.

Step out onto the water
Of tomorrow’s hopes and dreams,
Walk in faith, and do not waver.
On the waves within the streams.

Keep your eyes fixed on the Lord.
Hold to his unchanging hand.
You will find you need not wait
For the appearance of dry land.

Be not afraid to travel
The rolling path God has for you.
Though you cannot see your footsteps,
Soon you will see your dreams come true.

There is much to be accomplished
No matter how difficult it seems,
So step out onto the water
To fulfill your greatest dreams.

Great waves no longer crashing
Or high tides rolling in.
Strong currents no longer rushing
Around the river’s bend.

But a calm and peaceful stream
Has replaced the river’s flow.
Transformed from murky waters
And now casting a crystal glow.

Rugged rocks have been dislodged.
Scattered debris now washed ashore.
God has prepared a special place
Unlike no other seen before.

An eternal river of life,
Stretched along God’s heavenly shore,
There, the weary can be at rest
And have peace forevermore.

Blessed Return
Sometimes you may not know
The difference you can make,
With a kind word or deed
Given for another’s sake.

But just when someone says:
“Thank you, I needed that!”
You may start to realize
Just how your actions impact.

For an act of kindness
Can create a ripple effect
Further than our eyes can see
And beyond what we expect.

I hope the love you give
And the special things you do
Become a stream of blessings
Gently flowing back to you.

May you know just how much
Your kindness has meant to me,
And may your life be touched
By God’s hand abundantly.
